Canva is a great resource for creating attractive images. It is easy and it is free! However, the paid version, Canva for Work, offers a lot more features for people who are really serious about their images or make large quantities of them like myself. When creating tons of images, it can be difficult to find your favorites without endless scrolling.
One of the newer Canva for Work features are the folders so that the images can be organized and easy to find. This is great for the different types of images for your own business as well as if you create for clients. Either way it is well worth the $12.95/month.
In this video, I’ll show you the basic features of:
-What the folders are
-How to create and delete one
-Details of their use
-How to add a description and change a folder name
How to Use Finished Image Folders in Canva for Work
Having folders can make creating and finding images so much easier and it only takes seconds to create the folders and drop and drag the images. The more images you have, the longer it is going to take for you to get organized, but once it is done, they will be easy to use going forward. Each additional image can then immediately be tagged for a folder instead of waiting until you have as many as I do!
Will you be trying out the folders? Have you tried them already? I’d love to hear from you!
