Your visual content matters. You can always share other people’s graphics, but imagine if you created an image that became viral and people were sharing it everywhere. Content with graphics get more retweets, reposts, repins and shares than any other type of media. With all of the power behind graphics, don’t you want to have the best?
I use both PicMonkey and Canva in my business, but have recently fallen in love with Canva at Work. Please note that Canva at Work is a monthly paid service vs the standard Canva. You can still have amazing images in the free version of Canva, but if you have teams that you work with, create lots of images or just want to take advantages of the incredible features, THIS is the way to go and it will be worth every penny.
Create Beautiful Graphics Easily with Canva At Work
Brand Kit: In my business, I create tons of graphics both for myself and for my clients. When you make lots of images, the one thing that you don’t want to do is type in your hex color on every graphic. It may only take seconds at a time, but that time all adds up when you create a lot of images. Canva at Work allows you to create a ‘Brand Kit’ that can contain your favorite fonts, brand colors and even your logo. You can access it all at the touch of a button!
Upload Fonts: Canva already has lots of fonts, but with Canva at Work, you can now upload your own. This is especially great for fonts that you have purchased and want to put to good use. Until recently, only PicMonkey had this functionality out of the two.
Team Share: I have not fully played with this feature yet, but with Canva at Work, you have the power to share content with a team. It makes it easy to collaborate on projects with the touch of a button.
Folder: Upload lots of images and they just get lost in a sea of more images? With Canva at Work, you can create folders to easily access your images with folders that you name and create.
Magic Resize: This is the MOST powerful feature of Canva at Work. Without skewing and ruining the quality of your graphics, you can now have them resized to fit whatever platform you choose. You will still have to tweak them, especially when you use borders since those don’t scale, but the amount of time that can be saved on this feature alone is worth the price. There are LOTS more features than the ones I have mentioned and new ones seem to be coming out all the time so do your homework and explore.
If you enjoy making your own graphics, this may be a worthwhile investment. It sure has been for me! If you don’t enjoy or don’t have the time to make your own graphics, no sweat! It’s on of my specialties! You can learn more about my graphics packages here.
